Program Leader
Derrick is a certified leadership trainer and strategic advisor specialized in leadership communication, change management and IT strategy. Derrick delivers high impact leadership and communication training programs to a diverse mix of business leaders and industry professionals.

Derrick is also a Prosci certified change management practitioners with over 20 years of senior management experience leading enterprise wide IT strategy and process improvement initiatives. He is specialized in cloud based business solutions, business change management and enterprise systems implementations. Derrick advises and guides management teams through business improvement projects with a results oriented, collaborative and pragmatic approach.

We work with professionals and  business leaders to improve leadership and communication effectiveness across their organizations. Our belief is that leadership and communication effectiveness are heavily linked to organizations success and results.

At PowerTalk we believe the most powerful method of learning is through the learning-by-doing approach, also known as experiential learning. In its simplest form, the model has three major components – Do, Reflect, Apply.
